If there is a problem in your room or in the building, the first step is to fill out the Maintenance Request Form below. This will make sure we have a record of your request so we can fix the problem promptly.

ATTENTION: If a pipe bursts in your room, the electricity shuts down, or the building is on fire, etc., do not wait to fill out a Maintenance Request Form. Immediately go to your housing manager, Cynthia Williams, to make sure they are aware of the problem and if necessary, evacuate the building.
